Cancellation Policy
We understand that things come up and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment. 24-hour notice of cancellation is required to avoid a late cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment, you will be charged a $50 late cancellation fee. If you do not show up or fail to notify us prior to your appointment, you will be charged the full session fee. These charges are billed directly to you and will not go to your insurance company.
