We accept HSA, FSA, cash, debit cards, credit cards, CareCredit, and grants.
We understand that things come up. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel to avoid a late cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged a $50 late cancellation fee. If you do not show up or fail to notify us before your appointment, you will be charged the full session fee. These charges are billed directly to you and are not submitted to your insurance company.
